Eligibility: This Giveaway is open only to those who sign up atwww.hikerhunger.com/npg/2. The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States of America, entry is void for registrations outside of the USA. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online and will continue indefinitely. All online entries received on or before the last day of each month will be a part of that month’s drawing.
How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided above. The entry must fulfill all requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the annual national park pass. You must provide the information requested and can only enter once per order ID.
Prizes: The Winner(s) of each monthly drawing will receive 1 Annual National Park Pass. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Hiker Hunger to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of Hiker Hunger. Winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following the selection of Winner. Hiker Hunger shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 10 days from the time award notification was sent, an alternate Winner will be selected.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Hiker Hunger and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Hiker Hunger website.
