Our products come with a 3-year warranty that covers a 1-time replacement if anything fails due to manufacturing defects, is broken upon arrival or breaks from normal use. Normal use is defined as using the product for its intended activity under generally accepted as normal conditions. Please make sure to register your product below to be eligible for warranty coverage! Note, the form make take a few seconds or so to load.

If one of our products fails due to a manufacturer's defect, the original purchaser may reach out to us for a one-time replacement of parts at our discretion. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials and is valid for one replacement item(s). 

Every product has a useful lifecycle which can vary depending on the maintenance, age of product, care the product receives and the type of use the product is subjected to. Make sure to read our maintenance & care guide that will help you keep your products in the best shape for a longer period of time.

What's Not Covered

  • Damage due to wear and tear, accidents (getting your pole stuck between a rock, falling and pole breaks your fall)

  • Damage due to unusually rough terrain, cold temperatures or other weather related circumstances

  • Improper use (disassembling parts and breaking while reassembling)

  • Natural breakdown of materials over time and due to regular use (worn tips, dirty wet cork that has broken down)

  • Damage resulting from animals (squirrel chewed cork)

  • Lost, stolen, or confiscated while traveling (TSA)

We have built our poles and parts to be replaceable, so you never need to buy a new pair.  If you are in need of replacement pieces due to lost or broken parts, those can be found here.
