Used them for "Mall walking". They help very much. Even had 2 young ladies encouraged me to keep up the good work. Easy to adjust and use.

I do at times have trouble ambulating and these walking sticks are perfect. They are very solid and I feel very safe walking with them. Thank you.
I bought this as a gift for a friend and she said the poles weren't tightening up and were sliding back into each other. I told her to call Hiker Hunger and talk to someone about it. She said she called and it went to voicemail so she left a message. I don't know if she spoke to anyone yet.
Dear Hiker Hunger: I ordered these poles for a friend (whose poles I tried to repair with epoxy but alas I glued the upper shaft to the handle ; that got accidentally drove over. And since I forgot to mask off the upper tube it was my fault that the pole wouldn’t extend enough. You all were pretty darn fast in sending the new poles to my friend. Thanks.
