Outstanding Product and Exceptional Customer Service!

This is my third pair of hiking poles, as I’ve bought them for myself, my husband, and my son-in-law, and we’ve always been extremely happy with them. When one of my poles broke during my last hike, I contacted customer service. Even though my warranty had expired, they kindly offered to send me a replacement part. To my complete surprise, I received an entirely new pair of poles instead!

I live in Venezuela, where online shopping can be challenging, so this level of customer care truly means a lot to me. It’s a pleasure to support a company that genuinely values its customers and stands behind its products.

I couldn’t recommend them more highly! I’ve already started training with my new poles for my next adventure: a mountain crossing in Mérida, Venezuela this November. Thank you for such an outstanding experience!

One Step Forward…. 🥾🥾

We used our new hiking poles on our Washington State trip! We used them at Mt. Olympus and Mt. Rainier!! I’m not sure I could’ve done Rainier without them. It relieved a lot of back pressure and “toes in boots” coming down on the rocky terrain.

Perfect poles for my son!

Prior to this purchase, my son used a collapsed pair of adult poles that he borrowed from his Grandma… When his new hiker hunger poles arrived, I could immediately see they are very kid specific, with small grips and bright colors that he loves. They are also lighter than collapsed adult poles which is great for when he gets tired of holding them and dad has to carry them for a bit. I do wish that the bottom section had measurements (like the top does) for quicker, more accurate adjustments on the fly. But these are great kids trekking poles at a great value! Highly recommend

nice poles

let it be known - intergalacticly - that these are the best hiking poles to ever exist. It is hard to imagine the darkness there was in my hiking world until these poles found me. I was born a poor poleless child, but I consider my life to have not begun until my first pair of hiker hunger poles.

Gone were the collapsing poles and the flimsy tips. The locking mechanism kept up, the grips were in the right place. Lasted for a decade of lots of use. I am relieved to see that new pair has left off right where the last pair did. It’s a fantastic hiking pole.

Would recommend.
