One of the wrist straps on my trekking pole came out on a hike, and I didn’t see the stopper that allowed the plug to stay firmly in the hand grip. When I contacted the company, they informed me that the part couldn’t be replaced, but they would send me The whole upper section of the pole. After an online issue with paying shipping, they just decided to send me a whole entire tracking pole and didn’t charge me shipping or anything. The customer service that these three showed goes above and beyond what we are used to when we deal with Companies like this. But because they’re a small company they care about each and every one of their customers. I will always check their website first to see if I can find what I need before I look anywhere else. I highly recommend these guys.
