Exactly what I expected from this company...a quality product with great sgipping speed!
Hi Susan, we're thrilled to hear you’re satisfied with the Rubber Paws! Thanks for sharing your kind words and for choosing Hiker Hunger Outfitters. We appreciate your support!
Hefty! I swapped these out for standard caps and I’m much happier with their weight and durability. Packaging from Amazon was iffy. They put the 4 paws I ordered in a small box, and the box inside a flimsy oversized paper envelope that was torn when I received it. I’m glad they made it.
I used to purchase Hiker Hunger about four years ago. The rubber was of much higher quality. One set could last me two months. I installed these new tips on 2 Sep, and they are wearing away quickly. I rotate the tips at the half way point of my one mile walk to try and get more use; but repeat, the quality has diminished from my purchases in the past.
Hi Mike, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the decreased durability. We'll look into this and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We hope to improve your experience with future purchases, and we also sent you an email to make it up to you.
Rubber Paws
Did some serious hiking in British Columbia. Serious through gravel, large boulders, and eventually snow pack. Unfortunately after 1 week the rubber paws were totally worn out and needed replacement. While they served us well and held up until the very last day, we suggest they integrate a resin into the rubber to make them more durable and lasting longer. Other than that, no complaints.
Hi there! Thanks for your detailed feedback. We're glad the rubber paws served you well, and we'll definitely pass your durability suggestion along to our team. Safe travels on your adventures!
